As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Ireland, building a strong sales pipeline.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to secure long-term partnerships.
Develop tailored proposals and present solutions to meet client needs.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Key Requirements -
Proven track record in business development, preferably in the technology or security sectors.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
Full, clean driving license.
What We Offer -
Competitive base salary of €60,000 - €65,000 (dependent on experience).
