Main Purpose of the Role

To effectively manage the onsite team and oversee roster planning, training identification and coordination.

 

Roster Attendance:

This is a 7-nights liability.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for ensuring that all standard operating procedures are communicated and understood by the CSO's onsite. To ensure that the appropriate reporting, including occurrence and weekly reporting, is completed in a timely manner, accurate and disseminated to the relevant CSM and AIRNAV management.
  • To lead security occurrence investigations, support threat and risk identification, monitor local mitigations to ensure risks are minimized in a timely manner. To be a key point of contact locally for law enforcement and emergency services. To be trained to undertake fully the role of threat assessors.
  • To monitor contractor arrangements and lead local risk assessments for the specific site or works being undertaken by the AIRNAV within the environs of the current site.
  • To train other personnel as required.
  • Be the key local point of contact for ICTS and CSM and will support them in compliance with the SLA, conducting all security management required tasks and supporting the CSM in their role.
  • To be professional in appearance, be provided with an adequate supply of uniforms and personal protective clothing (PPE) reflective of a high profile professional corporate entity, be always polite and professional in the conduction of their duties and meet the required Security Personnel Profile (SPP) requirements.
  • To deputies in the absence of the Contract Security Manager.
  • Other duties and responsibilities to make sure all cos adhere to sop protocol  and procedures
  • To comply with Company Policies and Procedures and site-specific procedures.

To undertake such duties at the direction of Manager's or Site Management, appropriate to the level and character of work, which may reasonably be required by the department/site.
