ICTS Ireland is seeking a Recruitment & Vetting Administrator to support our HR and Operations teams. This is a key role ensuring we bring the right people into our business while meeting the highest compliance standards in the industry.
We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, particularly those with management experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar environments, who are confident interviewing, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and vetting process, from job adverts to onboarding.
Prepare and publish job advertisements across approved channels.
Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling.
Conduct initial phone screenings and support the interview and selection process.
Organise and administer induction training for new employees.
Manage onboarding activities, including issuing contracts, payroll registration, and uniform ordering.
Conduct and monitor vetting and background checks to ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or managing a team where hiring and staff development formed part of your role, ideally in retail, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment.
Proven experience interviewing and hiring staff, with strong people assessment skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities, able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS/HR systems is an advantage.
A proactive, dependable team player who can also work independently.
