Security Control Room Operators (SOC) Ballycasey, Shannon / Limerick €28.00 per hour | 24/7 shifts
We are currently recruiting Security Control Room Operators to join a professional team based in Ballycasey.
This is a control room-based role, supporting the monitoring of CCTV, alarms, and site systems, and responding to incidents in real time within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor CCTV, alarms and access control systems
· Respond to and escalate incidents in line with procedures
· Maintain accurate logs and reports
· Communicate effectively with on-site teams and management
What We’re Looking For
· Previous control room / CCTV monitoring experience is required
· Valid PSA Licence (essential)
· Strong communication and decision-making skills
· Good IT skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work 24/7 shift patterns
